Securely pack the items in their original packaging, ensuring all original garment tags and protective seals are intact to qualify for a full refund.

Affix the Label

Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email, then affix it clearly to the outside of your return parcel.

Drop Off and Track

Hand over your package to the designated courier service and keep your tracking number handy until your refund is processed within 5-7 business days.
